WHAT IS AUDIENCE REWARDS?
Audience Rewards is the Official Rewards program of Broadway and the first national rewards program for the Arts.
DOES IT COST MONEY TO JOIN AUDIENCE REWARDS?
No – this program is completely free and works like the frequent flyer and hotel loyalty programs you may already participate in – as a matter of fact, Audience Rewards may be a partner to a program to which you already belong, including Delta SkyMiles, Amtrak points and Starwood Hotels Starpoints.
WHAT ARE “SHOWPOINTS”?
ShowPoints are what Audience Rewards Members automatically earn by purchasing theatre tickets as season tickets or single (individual show) tickets for most Broadway/San Diego events – if you are an Audience Rewards Member. Currently, Audience Rewards members will earn 2 Audience Rewards ShowPoints for every dollar spent on show tickets or Season Ticket Packages (excluding fees). Sorry, Group ticket purchases are not eligible for this promotion.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY SHOWPOINTS FOR?
ShowPoints can be redeemed for selected performance tickets at Broadway/San Diego, memorabilia, cast recordings, special VIP experiences and much more! Some Broadway/San Diego show tickets can be purchased outright with ShowPoints, and some tickets can be purchased at extreme discounts with the addition of ShowPoints. Once you become a member, Audience Rewards will keep you alerted by email regarding special opportunities available, and you may visit the Audience Rewards website and review the offerings anytime you like.
DO SHOWPOINTS LAST FOREVER?
- Standard show points are on your account until you choose to spend them.
WHEN DO SHOWPOINTS APPEAR ON MY AUDIENCE REWARDS ACCOUNT?
- Standard ShowPoints will appear in your Audience Rewards account approximately 10 working days AFTER you attend an event.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY SHOWPOINTS?
Currently, your points can be redeemed through the Audience Rewards website, or the Call Center: Call Monday – Friday from 6 a.m. - 2pm Pacific Time at 866.313.9635.
HOW DO I JOIN?
However, If you currently receive the Broadway/San Diego E-LERT Newsletter, when prompted for your email address, please use that same email address for your Audience Rewards membership.
