Frequently Asked Questions About Auto-Renewing Your Season Subscription for the 2019-2010 Season

GREAT! Confirmation is required as we have updated the Auto-Renew disclosures to ensure that we have your most up-to-date credit card information on file. Please confirm your Auto-Renew Membership through the email link provided and follow the prompts. Your first payment of $100 will be charged once you confirm your enrollment..

For all other changes to your Auto-Renew Membership, or to opt out, give us a call at 888.937.8995 or email us at SeasonTickets@BroadwaySD.com by February 24.

If I enroll in Auto-Renew and choose a payment plan option, am I charged a payment plan fee?

NO, one of the benefits of being enrolled in Auto-Renew is that you will NOT be charged a fee for the payment plan options.

If I enroll in Auto-Renew and do not like the new season can I get a full refund?

YES, if you do sign up for the Auto-Renew for 2019-20 and do not like the season you can contact us before the renewal deadline for a full refund of the 2019-20 Season.

If I enroll in Auto-Renew and want to change something about it later, for example the payment option, can I?

YES, as long as it’s before we announce the season. Just call us at (888) 937-8995 to make any changes.

If I enroll in Auto-Renew when will I be charged for the Season?

You will be charged your next payment on the day we announce the 2019-20 Season. If you chose a payment plan, you will be charged the next payment. If you chose to pay in full, you will be charged the remainder of your Season Tickets. Please note that you will be charged before we send out the e-mail announcing the season.

If I enroll in Auto-Renew will I receive information about Season when it launches?

YES. About a week before we announce the season, you will receive an e-mail confirming your Auto-Renew details, including the date we will announce the season. You will receive an e-mail on the day we announce our season with the full season lineup.

If I was enrolled in 2018-19 Season Auto-Renew do I need to re-sign up for Auto-Renew for the 2019-20 Season?

YES, we have made several changes from last year and we need you update your information with this process.

Auto-Renew Membership enrollment is now open for current Season Ticket Holders. Secure your seats for our upcoming 46th Season today with only a $100 deposit!

The $100 deposit for the all-new 46th Season will be credited toward your Season Ticket Package. An exclusive 6 payment plan option is available to Auto-Renew Members only, with the $100 deposit at time of enrollment, and the remainder to be paid over the next 5 payments.
