How It Works:
- Your Broadway San Diego Season Tickets will automatically renew yearly until you opt-out so you can ensure your seats are safe.
- Once the Season has been announced, you will be able to log into your account to see the shows and verify the cost of your new season. You will not be charged until seven (7) days after the season announcement date.
- You may opt-out of Automatic Renewal anytime by calling Season Ticket Services at 888.937.8995, emailing SeasonTickets@BroadwaySD.com, or CLICK HERE. If you are opted out of Automatic Renewal, we will send you a reminder once the new season is announced so that you have a chance to renew for that season.
Automatic Renewal FAQ
A new season is announced each spring. While the specific show lineup is a surprise until then, you can be sure that Broadway San Diego will always bring the best that Broadway has to offer.
The cost of a Season Ticket Package varies slightly each year, and the renewal pricing will be announced along with the show lineup. Once announced, you will have (7) days before any charge is made to the credit card on file.
Once the new season is announced, you will have (7) days before a charge is made to the credit card on file. Additionally, we will always send you a reminder 15 days before your card is charged so you know that it is coming.
With Automatic Renewal, you keep your place in line for the earliest access to make changes to your account. Each season, you will be assigned a dedicated window for upgrades or changes to your account after the season has been announced.
That is not a problem. You can always opt-out of Automatic Renewal at any time by calling Season Ticket Services at 888.937.8995, emailing SeasonTickets@BroadwaySD.com, or CLICK HERE.
When you opt-out, this does not cancel your seats. This means that each subsequent season, we will send you a reminder so that you have a chance to manually renew your Season Ticket Package for the following season.
Yes, however you will need to contact the Season Ticket Office to make these changes. We suggest that you make this update as soon as possible before the new season is announced to avoid any delays. Please contact us at seasontickets@broadwaysd.com or (888) 937-8995. Our office hours are Mon. – Fri 9AM – 5PM & Sat. 9AM – 3PM.
We love having you as a Season Ticket Holder but if you would like to cancel your season tickets, we are here to help. Please contact the Season Ticket Office within 30 days of the Season Announcement. If you cancel your season tickets after your card has been charged, a full refund will be issued. All sales are final 30 days after the season announcement.
